“Our work with Nicole and Suzanne came at a pivotal moment in our organization’s history,  as we were grappling with deep questions about organizational identity and structure. Although we always identified as an anti-racist entity, we had failed to really explore what that meant and whether we were living the values we claimed. 

BCWT helped us evaluate our internal culture and begin rebuilding our organization with intentionality and in a way that aligned with our principles. Through the BCWT process, we reflected on our relationships and internal dynamics, generated visions for the future, implemented new systems and operations, overhauled our recruitment and volunteer selection process, and fortified our anti-racist working group.
